Five Ways To Earn Cash Back With Ebates

Using your desktop sign up or log into your account and click on a store to shop. On the next screen, it will show the current department sales and the expiration date of those sales. Also what the percentage of cash back for their current offers. Click shop now and shop on the merchant’s website as you normally do. Once your purchase is complete you can check your trip status in the “shopping trips” area of your account.

This is by far my favorite way to use Ebates. It completely makes it super easy to shop online without having to search the available stores on their website. If you a Google search for “toddler boy sandals” on the display page it will show the Ebates logo along with the percent cash back from each store. So for this example, I clicked the link for Stride Rite since they were offering 4% cash back. On the merchant’s website, you will have a pop up in the right corner that will ask you to activate the cash back offer. Love love love this option, because I don’t have to remember, it remembers for you.
In-Store Cash Back
Check out the video above that show you how simple it is to earn cash back with in-store purchases. Just keep in mind some of the exclusions and limitations, for example, certain coupons the merchant is offering may only be available online rather than in the store. You can read more about these limitations so that you are informed.
Ebates Mobile App
On your phone visit the app store and search “ebates app” and click download. Sign into your account or signup if this is your first time. Once you find the store you wish to shop click the link and you will get a pop up letting you know that the link has been activated. Shop as you normally do on the merchant’s website and once the trip is complete. You can check your trip status in the “shopping trips” area of your account. Keep note that if a particular merchant does not offer cash back through mobile, there will be a notification in the activation window.
Ebates Visa
Use the Ebates Visa Credit Card on qualifying purchases either online or in-store and receive additional cash back which will allow you to earn even more cash back. Qualifying orders through Ebates earn an additional 3% while all other orders receive 1%.

I know that I said there are five ways to earn money with Ebates but there are really six. The sixth is through referrals. Refer friends by telling them how much money you are making with Ebates and get cash bonuses. Go ahead and get started earning today.

Make sure to pay attention to some of the retailer’s restrictions on cash back earning potential. For example, Amazon only offers cash back on certain departments and each department will have a different percentage of cash back that you can earn. Not just Amazon here is an example of Target at the current time of this post. Just make sure to pay special attention to the categories from the merchant’s site that are not eligible for cashback. Which this can vary during certain periods of time for certain merchants.

Ebates sends payment on a quarterly basis either through a check, which they call “Big Fat Check“, in the mail or through Paypal. Your balance has to be more than $5 in order to receive payment. Also, a valid mailing address is required for both check payments and PayPal payments.
